Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
This delicious Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip is made with thawed frozen spinach leaves, canned artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, roasted garlic, and is combined with sour cream and mayonnaise for the perfect creamy consistency. This mixture is baked for a short time in the oven until the top turns golden brown in color around the edges. This dip can be served directly from the casserole dish it's baked in or in a serving bowl.
Hummus Chicken Salad
Hummus Chicken Salad is wonderful on crispy Baked Crostini or soft mini slices of bread, and a wonderful twist to the traditional chicken salad. This chicken salad recipe is made with hummus rather than mayonnaise, giving it light and refreshing taste as well as healthful benefits. Diced celery, green onions and red bell pepper are also added into the mix, providing a fresh and tasty crunch!
Italian Bruschetta with Feta and Capers
Italian Bruschetta with Feta and Capers is colorful and elegant, and has distinct and delicious tangy flavor that will leave your guests craving more! The tasty topping consists of diced tomatoes, crumbled feta, capers, fresh chopped parsley and basil, salt and freshly ground pepper, along with a dash of some red pepper flakes for a little "kick." This mixture is tossed with some balsamic vinegar and olive oil for the perfect final touch!
Jalapeno Artichoke Dip
This Jalapeno Artichoke Dip recipe is made with pickled jalapenos, marinated artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and Tabasco Green Jalapeno Sauce, creating a wonderful combination of spice and flavor. Lettuce Wraps
This healthy and delicious Lettuce Wraps recipe features Satay-marinated grilled chicken breast topped with chopped peanuts, served with sweet and sour cucumbers, bean carrots and Coconut Curry Noodles. Nutter lettuce leaves are served on the side and used for wrapping around these wonderful ingredients. Little Smokies with Dijon Cheese Dip
This mini smoked sausage appetizer recipe is as easy as it gets! The tangy Dijon cheese dip is made with a combination of processed cheese (such as "Velveeta") and cream cheese, along with a generous helping of Dijon mustard, some dark beer, chopped green onions (the top green portions) and assorted seasonings. The cheese dip can also be served with fresh cut vegetables, flat bread, tortilla chips and more!
