Ingredients
14 oz. pork shoulder, thinly sliced
Marinade
3 tablespoons Asian red pepper
powder (see recipe description for details)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons granulated
sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced
garlic
2 tablespoons mirin (see
recipe description for details)
pinch of black pepper
Directions
Remove any unwanted fat
from pork before slicing. Place all marinade
ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir ingredients to combine, then add slices of
pork, moving pork pieces around with your fingers or
a rubber spatula to evenly coat.
Cover bowl and store in refrigerator
for about 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet on
medium-high, then add pork with the marinade.
Stir fry until fully cooked (about 3-4 minutes).
Serve immediately, alone or with rice. |
