This sauce has a texture similar to that of tartar sauce, though the flavor is pleasantly different. With the creaminess of yogurt and sour cream and the tartness of lemon juice combined with a little dill and mustard, this sauce compliments a variety of fish, such as broiled salmon.

1/4 grainy mustard

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill

1 teaspoon light brown or granulated sugar

salt and pepper to taste
