This dressing is light, smooth and uniquely tangy with a beautiful sparkly, golden color. With the a complimentary blend of Dijon mustard, honey and lemon and the unique addition of peanut oil, this dressing goes perfectly over spinach and other assorted salad greens.

Ingredients

 

4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons honey

1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

7/8 cup peanut oil

1 teaspoon salt

 

Directions

 

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl and serve.
