Ingredients
1/2 bag (about 6 oz.) milk
chocolate chips
8 oz. (3 cups) graham cereal
squares
1 bag mini marshmallows
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Grease a 9x9-inch casserole pan
with butter. Set aside.
Heat butter and marshmallows in
large skillet on medium-low heat until melted and blended.
Add cereal squares and stir to thoroughly coat, working
quickly (marshmallows start to harden fairly quickly, so the
trick is to stir and form squares as quickly as possible).
Add milk chocolate chips and quickly mix until blended.
(Chocolate chips will melt but not thoroughly blend, as
shown in picture.)
Transfer mixture into buttered
casserole dish and press down with a buttered rubber spatula
until fairly dense. Allow to cool for about 1 hour or until
hardened. Cut into desired square sizes and serve.
