This is a simple yet tasty dish, and a great way to use up some forgotten pantry items. It's creamy and cheesy with an assortment of subtle ingredients that pull it all together. Kid-friendly!

Ingredients

 

6 oz. (3 cups) noodles, cooked

6 1/2 - 7 oz. can tuna, drained

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup celery, thinly sliced

1/3 cup onion, diced

1/4 cup pimiento, diced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 can cream of celery soup

1/2 cup milk

4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

 

Directions

 

Preheat oven to 425°F.

 

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, pimiento and salt. In a small sauce pan, add soup and milk and heat until warm. Add cheese, and stir until melted. Add soup mixture to other ingredients in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into a square or rectangular casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes, uncovered.
